What we collect

• Customer app (GeoAqar): browsing the map needs no account. If you tap "My location", your device location is used on the device only to move the map and is not sent to our servers. If you choose "Rate your area", we ask for a WhatsApp number to send a verification code; after verification we store a one-way hash of the number with your rating, not the number itself.
• Advertiser app (GeoAqar Advertiser): phone number (WhatsApp code sign-in), name (for residential-compound accounts: company name and logo), and the listings you post: photos, description, price and map location.
• Ai Support (the AI assistant in the apps and website): what you type to the assistant, and any photos, voice notes and location you choose to send, are sent to our AI provider xAI (Grok model) to generate the reply and transcribe voice. We do not use it for advertising or sell it. We keep a short summary of your request (such as property type and area) to follow up, and your phone number only if you type it in the chat yourself. The assistant is an AI, not a human.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, request time) for security and troubleshooting.
• Support and suggestions: support tickets store your message, optional contact, device and app info, and any screenshot you attach, for up to 12 months, handled by Makank LLC ([email protected]).

How we use it

Only to run the service: showing listings on the map, letting customers contact the advertiser, reviewing listings before publication, and preventing abuse. An advertiser's phone number and name are shown publicly with their listings, as that is the purpose of a listing. We do not sell data, show third-party ads, or use third-party tracking or analytics SDKs in the apps.

Reporting listings

Any user can report an objectionable or misleading listing with the "Report listing" button on the listing page, without an account. We store the reason, the optional note and the IP address to prevent abuse, and Makank LLC reviews every report; a reported listing may be hidden while it is under review. Sharing

Service providers we rely on: Meta (WhatsApp) to deliver the verification code, and Google Maps for the map and satellite imagery (Google receives your device's IP address and the map area being viewed, under Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy). Advertiser payments are processed by independent payment providers: Stripe on our website, Google Play inside the Android advertiser app, and Apple (App Store) on Apple devices where available; we only receive the order ID and purchase status — never your card details. xAI processes Ai Support chats as described above. All data is transferred encrypted (HTTPS).

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while the account exists. You can delete your account at any time — see the account deletion page. On deletion we remove your phone number, name and logo, and your listings are archived and no longer public. Server logs are rotated within about 30 days.

Children

The service is intended for adults (18+); we do not knowingly collect children's data.
