In the app

1. Open "GeoAqar Advertiser" and sign in with your number.
2. Tap the "Account" (الحساب) icon at the top of the screen.
3. Tap "Delete account" (حذف الحساب) and confirm.

On the web

Open geoaqar.huthaifa.online/agent, sign in, then the Account icon → Delete account.

By email

If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected] with your registered phone number; we delete the account within 7 days after verification.

What is deleted

Immediately: phone number, name, company name, logo and sign-in sessions. Your listings are archived immediately and hidden from everyone. An anonymised record of archived listings (no number, no name) is kept for fraud prevention. Server logs are rotated within about 30 days. Payment records held by Stripe are retained as required by accounting law.

The customer app "GeoAqar" requires no account. To remove an area rating you submitted, email us with the number you used.
